The professional beginning

Vipin Khuttel's professional journey in the digital economy began in 2011, before Being Topper existed.

The Work

Where Capability Meets the Real World

A significant part of the earlier work developed at the intersection of education, employability and entrepreneurship. It included work with students, professionals, entrepreneurs, startups, women entrepreneurs, educational institutions and community initiatives.

The common thread was practical capability: helping people understand changing digital environments and apply that understanding in professional and entrepreneurial settings.

A Continuing Body of Work

Building Opportunity Through Capability

The Women's Entrepreneurship Project brought together digital marketing, business management, financial literacy, strategy, leadership, mentorship, practical work and community support.

Its purpose was to help women develop the practical capability required to participate more confidently in the digital economy and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
